This system is the core of ensuring the quality of the hamburger base, and every link is designed for absolute precision. The servo-driven dough dividing mechanism cuts the dough into precise portions with a weight tolerance of only ±1%, avoiding the size difference of the hamburger base caused by manual division. The gentle rotary rounding unit forms the dough into smooth balls without damaging the gluten structure, laying a solid foundation for the even pressing of the follow-up process. The hydraulic/pneumatic pressing device can adjust the thickness from 0.5 to 3.0 mm at will, and the pressed dough base is round and regular, with uniform thickness, ensuring the consistent baking effect and taste of each product. The temperature and humidity adjustable proofing chamber can relax the gluten of the dough according to different flour characteristics, making the baked hamburger base have optimal elasticity and chewiness, and solving the problem of hard or loose taste of the hamburger base caused by improper proofing.
The multi-zone gas/electric oven with PID temperature control technology realizes the precise control of the baking temperature between 180-250°C, and each zone can be adjusted independently, ensuring that the hamburger base is heated evenly in all directions during the baking process, without charring or undercooking. The baked hamburger base has a golden and attractive appearance and a rich wheat aroma. The multi-layer conveyor cooling system quickly reduces the temperature of the hot hamburger base to below 30°C in a short time, effectively preventing the condensation of water vapor in the packaging process, avoiding mold growth and taste loss of the product, and extending the shelf life of the hamburger base. The whole baking and cooling process is fully automated, without manual turning or transfer, reducing the risk of secondary pollution and improving production efficiency.
The production line is equipped with a PLC + touch screen integrated control system, which abandons the complicated traditional operation panel and realizes one-click operation of the whole production process. The real-time monitoring function can track the production speed, temperature, output and other key parameters in real time, and the data is visualized and displayed, which is convenient for operators to grasp the production status at any time. The automatic error alarm and shutdown function can immediately stop the machine and display the error code when the equipment fails, minimizing the loss caused by equipment failure and reducing the downtime. The system supports English, Chinese, Spanish, Arabic, German, French and other six multi-language interfaces, breaking the language barrier and facilitating the operation of international teams. The simple and easy-to-learn operation interface reduces the learning cost of operators, and even inexperienced staff can master the operation skills in a short time.
Adhering to the food safety first principle, all food contact parts of the production line are made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, which has excellent corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and wear resistance, and is easy to clean and disinfect, complying with FDA, EU and other international food hygiene standards. The smooth surface design of the equipment eliminates dead corners where dirt and bacteria are easy to hide, and the detachable components make daily cleaning and maintenance more convenient. The Customized Hamburger Machine Production Line integrates the whole process of hamburger base production into four seamless and automated stages, each stage is closely connected and optimized for efficiency and quality, realizing the transformation from raw flour to finished hamburger base with zero manual intervention:
Dough Dividing & Rounding: The mixed dough is sent to the servo-driven dividing mechanism, which cuts it into precise portions with uniform weight, and then the gentle rotary rounding unit forms the dough into smooth and round dough balls, ensuring the consistency of the follow-up pressing process.
Pressing & Proofing: The dough balls are sent to the hydraulic/pneumatic pressing device to be pressed into round dough bases with adjustable thickness, and then enter the constant temperature and humidity proofing chamber to relax the gluten, improve the elasticity and chewiness of the dough base, and lay a foundation for perfect baking.
Baking & Cooling: The proofed dough base is sent to the multi-zone PID temperature control oven for even baking, the temperature of each zone is independently adjustable to ensure golden and even baking; the baked dough base is cooled to below 30°C by the multi-layer conveyor cooling system to avoid condensation in packaging.
Stacking & Packaging: The cooled hamburger bases are automatically counted and stacked by the automated counter according to the customized quantity, and then sent to the packaging link, which can be optionally integrated with flow wrapping machines or vacuum sealers to complete airtight and hygienic packaging, and the finished products are ready for storage and sales.
