The FG-600 is a fully automated, PLC-controlled production line designed for high-volume manufacturing of premium-quality baguettes (300-600 mm length), with a capacity of 3,500 pieces/hour. Key Processing Stages


1. Dough Preparation & Forming

Dough Dividing: Servo-driven cutter ensures precise portioning (±1% weight tolerance).

Sheeting & Rolling: Adjustable rollers produce uniform dough sheets (thickness: 5–15 mm).

Molding: Forms dough into perfect 300-600 mm baguettes (customizable length).


2. Proofing & Fermentation

Proofing Chamber: Controlled environment (temperature/humidity adjustable) for optimal dough rise.


3. Baking & Cooling

Tunnel Oven: Multi-zone heating (200–280°C), PID-controlled for even baking and golden crust.

Cooling Conveyor: Reduces baguette temperature to <30°C before packaging.


4. Packaging

Auto-Stacking: Aligns baguettes into batches (customizable counts).

Packaging Options: Flow wrapping or paper bagging for retail-ready presentation.
