Key Processing Stages
1. Dough Dividing & Rounding
Dividing: Uniformly cuts dough into precise portions using servo-driven mechanisms, ensuring weight consistency (±1% tolerance).
Rounding: Forms dough balls with smooth surfaces (critical for even pressing), via gentle rotary rounding units.
2. Pressing & Proofing
Pressing: Hydraulic/pneumatic presses flatten dough balls into perfect circles (adjustable thickness: 0.5–3.0 mm).
Proofing: Controlled resting chamber (temperature/humidity adjustable) relaxes gluten for optimal elasticity.
3. Baking & Cooling
Baking: Multi-zone gas/electric oven with PID temperature control (180–250°C) ensures even baking without charring.
Cooling: Multi-tier conveyor cooling system reduces tortilla temperature to <30°C, preventing condensation in packaging.
4. Stacking & Packaging
