The JKXB-III is a fully automated, PLC-controlled production line designed for high-volume manufacturing of premium-quality stuffed pies (8-14 inch diameter), with a capacity of 3,000-4,000 pieces/hour. This advanced system integrates precision dough processing, filling injection, and sealing technology to ensure consistent product quality, ideal for industrial-scale bakeries and frozen food manufacturers.


Key Processing Stages

1. Dough Preparation & Forming

Dough Dividing: Servo-driven cutter ensures precise portioning (±1% weight tolerance).

Sheeting & Pressing: Adjustable rollers produce uniform dough sheets (thickness: 0.5–5.0 mm).

Molding: Forms dough into perfect 8-14" circles (customizable dies available).


2. Filling Injection & Sealing

Precision Filling: Automated pump injects fillings (meat, vegetables, cheese) with controlled portioning.

Sealing Technology: Multi-stage crimping ensures leak-proof edges (adjustable for flaky or tight seals).


3. Baking & Cooling

Multi-Zone Oven: Gas/electric heating (180–250°C), PID-controlled for even baking.

Cooling Conveyor: Reduces pie temperature to <35°C before packaging.


4. Stacking & Packaging

Auto-Stacking: Aligns pies into stacks (10–30 pieces/stack).

Packaging Options: Flow wrapping, vacuum sealing, or tray packaging.
